Terms of Use
Before joining you must agree to my terms of use. If after reading the terms you do not agree, please do not join.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY MEMBERSHIP TO ANY INDIVIDUAL.
Membership is granted upon agreement of terms and ANYONE found in violation of the terms will have their membership terminated without further notice and no refunds will be issued. Once you have gained access to my members only area that constitutes acceptance of terms and I do know when you have entered the area. Once you have logged in no refunds will be given! Please DO NOT give your username or password to anyone else to gain access. I also log all IP Addresses and anything out of the norm will be checked. You DO NOT need a web site to join. Displaying your final product in an email from the member's area such as a sig tag needs to be credited back to me as well. I do not require entrance to your member's area to check to make sure you are complying. I know plenty of people in the pixel world and word does travel fast if a site is abusing anyone's terms. You must have my logo up on your site within 7 days or I will email you and if you still fail to comply, you will be removed, without further notice, with NO REFUND. ** See updated terms below

I will not accept any person who's website promotes religious intolerance, pornography, hate in any form, if you won't let your child see your site, then don't bother applying here.
Terms on my Tubes
You cannot offer any of my tubes on your site for download. You must add to them. You may use the end result for personal and for profit. All I ask is credit for doing the work on the tube. Do Not Use My Tubes To Do Your Own Outlines! and Do Not re-color or resize. I have used tutorials and with permission I am allowed to tube. All I ask is credit for the tube when you add your final product on your site. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me
Tutorials
If and when I do add tutorials, the end result is yours to do with what you want. Please make your result different from mine as we don't want 10 sites with the same graphic. That could lead to some nasty accusations! DO NOT use any of my tubes, graphics and line art for tutorials. This will get you the boot really quick.
Terms on Graphics
Do not use any graphics on this site to make outlines! I cannot stress this enough. All site graphics are either made by me or credited to someone else on all pages. Please respect our hard work and Do Not take any graphics that make up this site. Pre-mades in the member area must not be altered in any way, including resizing. Again, please give me credit on your site. All adoptions must be linked back to this site.
Line Art
You may not offer any line art on this site as is! You must color it and make it your own. No resizing, adding or taking away of pixels. You may animate. Once you have your end result, you may use it for personal use or profit. Please leave my mark on the line art...that constitutes credit to me. If my mark is not on the outline, please credit me with a text link back to this site. All outlines are made by me unless otherwise stated. DO NOT PASS ANY OF MY WORK THRU ANY GROUPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EXCEPTION TO LINE ART
You may add faces where there are none and you may add your own details.....I still require a link back as I created the original line art.

You do not need a tubing license, however, if you feel more comfortable displaying one on your site, please email me and I will whip one up for you :)
Do not add anything on this site to a CD for profit or to pass around to friends. Please DO NOT pass anything on this site through groups on the internet. Kindly send them the link to join. I do not allow any of my tubes and outlines to be used for embroidery, greeting cards or any craft items you plan on selling.
Adoptions
You must have a web site to adopt any of my adoptions. You must have the protection codes on your site and you must give me credit where you place them. You may also adopt them out with a link back to your site. They must not be passed around in any groups whatsoever.
You may add them to your site newsletter, but again, protection codes must be in place.

Also, if you are here just to snoop and/or cause trouble you may leave now. I have seen far too many GOOD people hurt and frustrated by nasty and unjustified accusations.

I do not require access to your member area. However, if it comes to my attention that one of my members is using my graphics against my terms or anyone else's I will email you privately and ask for a temporary log in to see for myself. I expect access within 8 hours. If I receive no reply to my email, you will be removed from my site NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

Nothing in my member's area to be used with ANYTHING from Cutie Expressions. And anything you create FROM my member's area can not be SOLD to Kim of Cuties Expressions.
Nothing in my member area may be used on free sites such as Fotki, Photobucket, My Space, etc.........These sites do not allow you to protect work!
Anyone caught doing this will be terminated!
If you are a member of my site and it has been proven that you have stolen or copied from anyone on the internet, your membership with me will cease immediately, no questions asked and no refunds will be given.
Lifetime Membership means lifetime of my site, not your lifetime or mine
Absolutely nothing on this site is to be taken without permission. This includes any and all screen shots of my web site
